DiGA — apps on prescription

Digital health applications can complement medical treatment. We advise whether an app on prescription suits your circumstances.

What are DiGA?

Digital health applications are medical applications that can support treatment for selected conditions. They may provide therapeutic exercises, help with recording information and support everyday changes. A medical app is not automatically a DiGA; official listing and the appropriate indication are decisive.

Finding a suitable application

We discuss your symptoms, diagnosis and ongoing treatment. A suitable application may be prescribed by a doctor or psychotherapist when requirements are met. People with statutory insurance submit the prescription to their insurer and receive an activation code. Privately insured people clarify reimbursement with their insurer.

Selection and current status

The following services are grouped by intended use. Each detail page explains content, limitations and access. Prescription status and authorised indications may change. In particular, Una Health was removed from the directory on 28 September 2026 and is marked accordingly.

Your appointment at the practice

Bring relevant medical reports and a medication list. Together, we assess which application suits your circumstances and how it can complement further treatment.
