Information and self-management for persistent tinnitus.
The application explains how tinnitus is perceived and processed, and offers strategies for managing its impact. Multimedia learning and practical suggestions help reduce the focus of attention and everyday life on the sound.
New tinnitus, hearing loss or other symptoms should first be assessed by a doctor or an ENT specialist. The app aims to reduce distress; it does not promise to eliminate the sound. We assess whether it fits your findings and existing treatment.
If the medical indication is met and there is no relevant contraindication, a suitable DiGA may be prescribed by a doctor or psychotherapist. People with statutory insurance obtain an activation code through their insurer. For private insurance, reimbursement depends on the policy.

Please bring existing reports and an up-to-date medication list. We discuss your concern, the application's suitability and how it fits with other treatment. An acute mental or physical crisis requires immediate personal medical help.
