Online programmes for depression and generalised anxiety disorder.
Selfapy offers a separate programme for each condition. Depression content includes activation, daily structure and distressing thoughts. Generalised anxiety content focuses on worry, physical anxiety responses and helpful coping strategies.
Content combines information, practical tasks and reflection. The appropriate programme is selected according to diagnosis. An app does not replace necessary personal treatment or help in an acute crisis. Access, support and requirements vary by programme.
If the medical indication is met and there is no relevant contraindication, a suitable DiGA may be prescribed by a doctor or psychotherapist. People with statutory insurance obtain an activation code through their insurer. For private insurance, reimbursement depends on the policy.

Please bring existing reports and an up-to-date medication list. We discuss your concern, the application's suitability and how it fits with other treatment. An acute mental or physical crisis requires immediate personal medical help.
