Support for stopping smoking and managing relapse risks.
The programme guides people with tobacco dependence through a structured smoking cessation process. It helps identify triggers and smoking habits, plan stopping and manage cravings. Exercises, diaries and practical strategies support implementation.
We discuss motivation, previous attempts and possible additional support. Digital guidance can complement treatment. Suitable medication or further measures are decided individually. A relapse is a reason to adjust the plan and seek support.
If the medical indication is met and there is no relevant contraindication, a suitable DiGA may be prescribed by a doctor or psychotherapist. People with statutory insurance obtain an activation code through their insurer. For private insurance, reimbursement depends on the policy.

Please bring existing reports and an up-to-date medication list. We discuss your concern, the application's suitability and how it fits with other treatment. An acute mental or physical crisis requires immediate personal medical help.
