Kranus Mictera

Digital exercises for women with certain forms of urinary incontinence.

How the application helps

The programme supports stress, urge or mixed urinary incontinence. It combines pelvic floor training, bladder control exercises and information about managing symptoms. Drinking and urination diaries help you understand your own patterns.

What matters before starting

Unintentional urine leakage should first be medically assessed. The application is not suitable for every cause and does not replace examination. Together, we assess suitability and whether further treatment or specialist support is needed.

Access and further information

If the medical indication is met and there is no relevant contraindication, a suitable DiGA may be prescribed by a doctor or psychotherapist. People with statutory insurance obtain an activation code through their insurer. For private insurance, reimbursement depends on the policy.

Your appointment at the practice

Please bring existing reports and an up-to-date medication list. We discuss your concern, the application's suitability and how it fits with other treatment. An acute mental or physical crisis requires immediate personal medical help.
